This Disney Accelerator startup produced a white label, message-based eCommerce platform for a wide variety of clients, ranging from Disney to Fanjoy. MessageYes specialized in pairing machine-learning algorithms with human-assisted customer assistance to create an engaging customer experience like no other. They had recently changed their company name to MessageYes and were in need of a new logo and brand look, as well as a new website, icon illustrations, demo videos, and website and UX mockups for their present and potential clients.
Crosshatch Studio gave MessageYes a fresh and fun look in their logo and branding, as well as a deck template for presentations (one of which was featured on ABC News). Website and UX flows were created for their current clients: Selena Gomez, The Edit, Origin Bound, Fanjoy, and Universal Music Group.
The same work was created for potential clients they were talking to, such as Good Music, Justin Bieber, Disney, Stadium Goods, Porch, Converse, ColourPop, Forever21, etc. Crosshatch Studio worked with MessageYes for over two years, until the company was acquired by Nordstrom in March of 2018.
